ABC-Korea: Skinria

Recently, I've been introduced to 2 star products from Skinria Korea...

1) 36.5 Skinria Enzyme Powder Daily Wash is a milky, water-activated enzyme powder that effortlessly removes residue from skin, leaving it polished and baby soft in an instant. It is odorless and especially helpful for sensitive skin. Initially, I felt the sensation of micro beads massaging onto my pores when I rubbed the product on my skin in circular motions. So yeah it does have some gentle exfoliating effect which explains why my skin felt extra clean and bright after just one wash. It doesn't feel dry at all unlike most exfoliating cleaners I've tried so far. Thumbs up!

2) Skinria Smart 4.0 CC Cream like all other Korean CC creams has an all-in-one benefit. This product helps with brightening, moisturizing and anti-wrinkle. What I like about it is that the texture is not so thick as compared to other CC creams which are mostly quite rich. However I am surprised it still gives you just enough coverage that you need. So if you are looking for something light with reasonable coverage, you can try this! I would highly recommend this especially for our humid sunny island.

This product hasn't been brought into sg yet but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that ABC-Korea will bring it in soon :D

Cheon Song Yi inspired look from Korean Drama "You who came from the stars"

Terribly addicted to this drama and the styling on Cheon Song Yi!
It's one of those dramas I can camp overnight watching just because I can't sleep if I don't find out what happens in the next episode. LOL.
And just a few weeks ago, the lead actor, Kim Soo Hyun, was announced as TheFaceShop's international ambassador! Ahhhh~ I'm so excited to have my poster beside his in stores. I guess it's the closest I get to be next to him (fangirl mode hahaha)
I'm so in loveeeee

Here's one of my favourite looks of Cheon Song Yi from the drama "You who came from the stars".

Cheon song yi's style is super chic and vibrant and her makeup is always kept minimal, emphasizing only on pretty lip colours.
I used a hot pink lipstick in PK 102 from TheFaceShop Lesson 03 makeup range to achieve this look.

Hatter's Street Bakehouse and Cafe

Photography: Dennis Abdon
White sneakers: Taiwan
Babydoll dress: Korea
White ruffled tube: The Editor's Market
Black lace top: The Editor's Market
Checked shirt: H&M

An enjoyable afternoon spent shooting a collaboration with Hatter's Street Bakehouse and Cafe. I wouldn't really consider this work especially when I'm being treated to the most heavenly desserts in the house! Yeah I ate them for real right after we got the shots because they looked so irresistible hehe. I find the strawberry caramel waffle ice cream (sinful but who cares) very addictive, couldn't stop there even though i was planning to grab "just a bite". One of the best I've tried!
Yay now I have one more to add to my list of favourite cafes.

Special thanks to Dennis and his family for all the effort during the shoot! They are the cutest people ever and I haven't seen such a cool mom in ages. Basically that's all you really need in life right? :)
