Barossa

Was craving for beef that day so we decided to give Barossa at Esplanade a try! 



We were introduced to some beers- light to heavy. I'm sure you'll find something you like!

 As starters, we had classic Caesar Salad and Barossa Salad.

We shared the Wild Wild West burger because the portion was HUGE. Char Grilled Beef Patty with Crispy Bacon, Egg and Roasted Beetroot topped with Herbed Mayonnaise. Just right for 4 girls.

 The Rib Eye Tasting Platter is a must try if you are planning to visit Barossa.
Whats on the platter: Australian Angus, US-Prime Grade Corn Fed Black Angus and Australian Wagyu Tajima.

All steaks are served with the following sauces: Barolo Reduction, 4 Peppercorn, Blu Cheese Cream and Bearnaise.

And it also comes along with choice of 1 flavoured sea salt accompaniment:
Truffle Infused, Szechuan Peppercorn, Sweet Paprika, Rosemary & Thyme, 
Maldon Flakes, Citrus Dusted

I was already very full when the Barossa Bangers Platter was served but I still had a bite cos I couldn't resist the temptation. Smells damn yummy!

Time for desserts!
Lamington- Australian dessert made with square Sponge Cake coated with a layer of Chocolate Sauce and Desiccated Coconut, served with Ice Cream. 

Eton Mess- Traditional English dessert with a mixture of Summer Berries, Meringue and Sweet Cream.
