Personal touch

I'm sure everyone is no stranger to the famous 2am Dessert Bar! The inspirational lady behind the refined dessert creations is Chef Janice Wong! She has recently been named "Asia's Best Pastry Chef" for the second year running by the prestigious San Pellegrino Asia's 50 Best for 2014.

Recently she combined her flare for cooking with her artistic nature. Using pure imagination and absolute freedom to express, Janice mix Dulux base coats and Ambience paints to create layers of paintings which are finally disrupted by 5 browns copper panels. So glad I got to see it for myself! I love how she plays with texturizing because it adds dimensions to the wall. The colours were very well chosen and it fits the ambience of the hotel!
